Bio

Kelley Solosky, CRNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family and adult health nurse practitioner with over 22 years of nursing experience, including 15 years as a nurse practitioner. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University, Kelley has worked across diverse healthcare settings, building a comprehensive skill set and a deep commitment to patient care.

Her journey into functional medicine began with her own health challenges, which led to metabolic dysregulation. Inspired by her personal experience, Kelley now focuses on metabolic wellness at Coastal Health Institute. She offers a comprehensive multi-prong approach to address metabolic disease and weight management through the lens of functional medicine.

She has completed certifications in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and as a Mind-Body Practitioner. Kelley is currently pursuing a post-master’s degree to become dual-certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, further expanding her expertise in the mental health field. Her ultimate goal is to integrate functional medicine principles with psychology and psychiatry, fostering a balanced and comprehensive approach to mind-body wellness.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her nine-year-old twin boys, and their two pups (Jax and Waylon). An avid reader, she keeps up with the latest in functional and mind-body practices and loves spending time outdoors, embracing nature whenever possible.
