Bio

Kathy Douglas, RDN, LDN, MHA is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping and encouraging others to have a positive relationship with food.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado and her Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.  She also has her Culinary Degree and has been a Baking and Pastry Instructor at Daytona State College for over ten years. 

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys educating within the local community by providing baking demonstrations to enhance skills and techniques.
